About Me
My name is Quiller and I love Qigong, meditating and doing things that make me feel good. One of the reasons I started to teach Qigong is to share with others the blissful feeling and benefit of this noble and ancient practice.

Where it started...
As a child growing up in the 1980’s, I found myself in an alternative world of reiki, healing, homeopathy, meditation, organic food - we even had Buddhist monks visit our family home. However, as a teenager, I took a lot of these wonderful and healing practices for granted and pushed against them.
I worked for some years in The City of London within finance, recruitment and sales. Throughout my time, I always felt there was a missing part of the puzzle. Whilst I felt gratitude for what I had in my life and my career, there was always this feeling of…’where does my true purpose lie?’
My personal Qigong practice began a number of years ago but it wasn’t until early 2021 that I decided to become a teacher. During 2023, I carried out almost a yearlong ‘free’ teaching practice and finally, in late 2023, started a career within Qigong teaching – I am proud to be a Holden Qigong Teacher.
Have some fun...
The purpose that I was missing earlier in my life has developed into a positive approach to teaching Qigong to individuals, groups, charities, local companies and corporate wellness departments across Essex and London.
I also want to have fun with Qigong; life can be so serious and we can often make our lives serious with the way we ‘think we have to act’ around others. I like to think that I teach Qigong with a light touch, humour and humility.
I feel more grateful than ever to be able to share what I have learnt with others whilst also learning along the way.
